runner should be able to win this as he cannot be killed and he has more range of powers along with his great speed he could at least keep up with zoom
Runner with the Infinity Gem wins, it gives him limitless speed, can teleport objects, warp time and manipulating the very fabric of space. Whatever Zoom got the Runner with the Infinity Space Gem got more Speed. Plus he's got a high degree of immortality and a form of telepathy that makes all his opponents chill out
Zoom has a chance if Runner has no Gem, although I'm not sure Zoom has anyway to kill Runner Maybe Zoom could BFR him into another timeline or something?

The ability to stop time, that's a huge edge....once time is stopped, tweaked or altered how is anyone going to use telepathy?And I noticed you're saying "with IG's" well...how about normally, the OP didn't specify with or without so let's assume it's both normal versions in which Zoom has the advantage but hey to each his own.
And I know about PC Supes man lol, but thanks for the run down for everyone. If I refer to SA Supes it's all in reference to the more powerful versions of 60's, 70's etc. I don't see SA Supes personally any more dumb then say Marvel's Pre Beyonder storyline(which I personally feel is far worse)...they had to tone that character down too as well, but honestly I can be here all day if we want to talk some boarderline dumb moves on DC/Marvel's part in comic history...at least with Superman though, he has a lot more fans then someone like Beyonder and the character is epic and set the template for just about every other comicbook character you & I read about today. Which I'll tip my cap to any day. Despite who hates him and who loves him.
