Does The Atom have any prepping feats? I could imagine him making a trap that shrinks Zoom if he ran into it; but whether that would be sufficient to stop Zoom I'm not sure. Also noteworthy that Zoom by habit likes to appear invisible to non-speedsters through vibrating, so even if Zoom can't see Atom, that could go both ways. I suppose if Zoom can't find Atom after a while he may just start clicking his fingers to destroy the city and Atom's eardrums!

If Atom shrinks down small enough then I don't know if Zoom could tag him; however, I don't think Atom would ever hope to react to Zoom in a confrontation.

Maybe I'm over (or under) thinking this.

@thetruebarryallen: Zoom could resort to snapping his fingers and shattering the whole area like he's done a few times. Or he could always go for the tried-and-true method of killing them before they were born. OP doesn't disallow that.

I know Professor Zoom has erased people from time but I don't know if Zoom has. Granted, the snapping sonic boom trick pretty much renders the need for time travel tactics null and void. Looks like I was over-thinking the situation!

I would think that running and fighting at his speed would create more energy than snapping a finger, he would destroy everything when he run. Seem like bad writing.

From the sound of it, he seems like a walking plot device. Is it the one time thing or did other writers also show him replicating it? I still don't understand how he could punch Wonder Woman and be there in Paris since he is not a speedster and his power is time manipulation, so he needs to run all the way to Paris which relative to him, it should be weeks or months. When he fights Flash and runs all around the Earth several times, how long would it have taken him in the time relative to himself?
