and his reduced to a blubbering emotional cry baby whenever someone faster than him fights him

He's got Flash phobia

That the whole Superman family can't even dent?  What are you talking about?Superboy, Superman and even Krypto were all able to hurt Superboy Prime, as were the Martian Manhunter and Kid Flash.None of them hit as hard as Zoom. "

not much faster, by himself he doesn't really have super speed his powers are time based so if he gets near Superman he slows Superman down. It's a time ability, a power to control time, that's how he looks so fast "
