Even if he repeatedly hits him, surfer has crazy durability. He has taken hits from hulk, thor, and thanos. What makes you think someone with human strength. Anyways, surfer can always just phase through his hits, or just control his molecules and turn him into a toaster.

So does Wonder Woman, she's taken hits from Superman, Darkseid, Despero, Martian Manhunter, Orion (should I go on?) and Zoom was literally kicking her around the world. Surfer is not fast enough to react to Zoom.

Probably because leaving the planet to blow it up from afar constitutes a BFR and thus a loss, and Surfer can literally not take any action before Zoom strikes. Let's see how the Power Cosmic fares against the rules of the Battle Forum.

Realistically what is Zoom ever going to do that can hurt SS? If Zoom makes a single mistake he's toast, and if he gets tired he's done, if he trips on something, he's done, if the Surfer manages a glancing blow, he's done. I'm sorry, but Zoom is not taking the Silver Surfer, he's tough, he bounced WW across the planet like a tennis ball, he has beaten entire squads of heroes, but he's not taking Silver Surfer.

Which isn't good enough, quite frankly. Flash's reaction time is in the range of picoseconds and occasionally in atto and femtoseconds. Which means he reacts a lot faster than Surfer does. Zoom wrecked him twice, and Flash couldn't win even while charged with the speed of three other Speed Force users. All your situations are based on Zoom somehow slipping up rather than a viable plan of action for Surfer. That should tell you something. Wonder Woman, as stated above, has taken hits from Superman, Darkseid, Despero, Orion and others who technically pack a bigger punch than Zoom, and was still bounced around the planet, as you put it. And it's not as if brute force doesn't work on Surfer, Thanos beat him to death with his bare hands and nothing else.

@CitizenBane: SS can still go intangible, and can still take hits for quite awhile. I still think that Zoom will get tired long before Silver Surfer does. Not to mention he can alter Zoom's mood, emotion, and train of thought. Over and above that he can make force fields, he could change the battlefield, making it slippery, or sticky, or find a way to hinder Zoom's movement. These are all well within his power. Not to mention I forget that SMP is here too, Zoom is not taking this.

You keep saying he can do all these things, how hard is it to understand that he simply cannot do anything before Zoom strikes? He is not fast enough! I know how versatile Surfer is. I know all the things he can do. But none of those things matter if he can't pull them off quickly enough. And he can't. Prime is just as incapable of keeping up with Zoom, I fail to see why you think his presence changes anything. His showings against Bart Allen in Infinite Crisis and Legion of Three Worlds say otherwise.

Silver Surfer has way higher durability than them put together.

His durability is hardly that high, and he's simply not durable enough to just shrug off a Zoom blitz. You're assuming brute force won't work on Surfer in this instance despite the fact that it's worked for Thanos, Thor and Beta Ray Bill. I have no idea why you think Zolomon can't replicate the effect. Perhaps it fits your placement of Zoom better.
