Zoom can manipulate his own personal timestream.  He can speed up or slow down how fast he moves in time.  He does not slow down time itself.  He does not hit .25 speed on his remote control and make the world move at a quarter speed.

You'd know that if you were paying attention or had read a comic with the guy.  But you aren't and you haven't.  But you keep talking about it like you understand.  Which is kinda funny.

I wasn't around during the silver age.  I find most of the comics I've read from that period of time incredibly silly and boring.  I don't know much about SA Superman (other than that he tends to do things that don't make sense like break the "time barrier" and hold black holes in his hands, another reason I don't find said comics worth reading) so how would I judge who would win?

Damnit im tired of seeing Zoom battling so many high end top tiers, Zoom had trouble taking out current Wonder Woman in a long fight and you want him to fight SA Supes, come on he can't win this Zoom goes down after the first hit he takes, it doesn't matter how many times he hits supes hes not going to really hurt him.
