The fight starts above Earth? WTF is Zoom in a spacesuit or something? Did he suddenly become immortal like Marvel's Runner?
You know he's not Superman, heck he doesn't even have those phasing powers Flash has. Zoom floats motionless in space and dies without getting to land one hit on Galactus

No he can't run in space and even if he was immortal like Runner or even if Zoom did have a suit for survival in space and even if he managed to run a billion miles and collect the Ultimate Nulifier. Zoom would probably still need back up. If Galactus faces multiple attacks at once, from multiple heroes it might be tricky for the big man. However just facing one guy Galactus can easily blink and just take the Nulifier from him

He isn't evil.
He eats planets because otherwise Abraxas will kill everyone. He's a neutral force.
He wears purple, calls people insignificant fools and murders billions without any thought to the morality of his actions. V-I-L-L-A-I-N "

It depends. Who are you referring to? In the scan from above he calls Abraxas insignificant. He has held many conversations with beings far below his level before, without resorting to insults at all, and he holds many such beings into high regard. Oh, and did you have a good exchange with an ant recently? That is how human beings look to Galactus in all aspects.
It is not true that he has no thought, or morality about his actions (at least, he used to feel guilt for his actions in the past). He tried to find a solution to his insatiate hunger, in order to stop consuming worlds, not long ago, as well.
Now, for his morality, in itself. He could have no morals at all, and he would still be no less important. He is essential to the cosmos, and preserves balance to the Universe. His existence keeps Abraxas from being unleashed (which happened when he "died", back in the early 00s) and he destroys Universes. You can call him a villain, and it is understandable to me, but I can blame him no more than an earthquake, a typhoon, or a cataclysm. He is beyond are clarifications of an alliance - good, evil, those terms don't really apply to beings such as he, Death, or Eternity, and make no mistake, Galan is up there with them. To me, Galactus just is.
