In Truth it depends. Quicksilver by the relation of speedsters is one of the slowest that has graced the pages of comics. Of course this is because D.C does make Flash very fast. I believe the true variable is not the various stage of Quicksilver but which Flash do you use? Bart Allen would get killed. Jay Garrick would get killed. Wally West could win or lose. However Barry Allen is likely to be the winner of the match. He has beaten the Quicksilver when he was racing… I’m sorry I don’t remember the opponent however as Quicksilver and his foe was defeated by a man bearing a striking resemblance to Barry Allen. He is by far the fastest of the Flash and he would destroy not only Zoom but also Quicksilver. I would place my money on Barry always. For Wally it would depend on when he was being used.
If Wally West looks like a statue to Zoom, what makes you think Barry would fare better? Zoom is isolated from the main timeline and can appear to be as fast as he wants. I don't think any speedster can beat him.
Zoom also has a very strange way of losing his power to others. I mean Inertia was able to steal his time and his power. Inertias when he was no powers. If he can do it can’t others? First of all, you assume that Barry > Quicksilver means that Barry > Zoom, which is stupid because Zoom >>>>>>>>>>>> Quicksilver.
Secondly, Barry Allen is NOT by far the fastest Flash. Unless his powers have changed during final crisis, he's only the second fastest Flash as Wally has gone faster than Barry without dying. And that doesn't even consider that Zoom is faster than any Flash. He can move much faster than light without breaking a sweat.

You didn't read Rogues Revenge did you? That's the only time anyone has stolen Zoom's powers and it's because Zoom gave them to Inertia meaning Inertia DID have powers at the time.

And him not lasting long is another flat out lie. Professor Zoom first appeared in 1963 and died in 1983. Zoom first appeared in 2003 and lost his powers in 2008. How is 20 years not a long time compared to 5 years? How stupid can you get?
