Technically speaking, yes, you are faster. Speed is speed, regardless of what short cuts you use to fiddle with distance or time.

Zoom wins , he affects time not speed , wally can never be faster then him , Zoom was still a blue to him when he had observed all the others speed

I'm just getting into zoom but I've always loved flash. I'm not sure about this but didn't flash (Barry Allen) already kill zoom. He just got reincarnated. Wally also beets him and sends him back to his own time. He was also resurrected like 4 times and didn't he come back more powerful each time. So originally flash is faster if not for the resurrections. I'm still not sure cause I'm just getting into zoom.

Pretty general question, all things considered. I'm not so familiar with Barry Allen and Professor Zoom, but what little I've read of those two always made me believe they were pretty close in speed.

Wally West was the fastest Flash.

Hunter Zolomon was the fastest Zoom.

Zoom, in my opinion is among the fastest characters in all of comic books. He is almost a reality warper. When you can, at will, control the flow of time around you, that is pretty much the pinnacle of all speed. Dude even made an amped Wally West look slow.

The Flash copies people speed and has surpassed light so he would win.

As mentioned above...Zoom takes this all too easily.

Reason? Zoom controls the flow of time around him. He does not have to do as "normal" fast characters have to, that is think and then react/run/move. He is ALWAYS out of sync with time. His power are always on and he can control the flow of time around himself at will, without ever having to actually move. So when he does actually move, he appears to be moving at insanely fast speeds. My opinion? NO ONE IS FASTER THAN HUNTER ZOLOMON.

Zoom. Flash isn't beating him without amp.

But what's this with limitless speed? Flash doesn't have limitless speed, it's pretty clear he has limits, and zooms time control has limits as well, because he has been tagged by flash amped by three speedsters, and he can go faster when amped more (five people+ the radio guy in the race against teleportation.)
