Yes I have, but a wooden pole has much less density than a brick wall. The wooden pole can penetrate a brick wall, but not the straw.. unless that straw is made out of metal. The human body is hollow. We as objects don't have that much density. Our skin can be penetrated by almost anything. If Zoom has normal human anatomy, his body moving at  time mimicked light speed (and remember; he can't vibrate or phase) plus collides against various objects would equal exploding body parts.

That's equal to a jet traveling at 700mph towards a mountain. Or to take away mass in replacement of density.. a 700mph Jet towards a 5 inch; 5 foot wide adamantium wall.
