Zoom & Voodoo get full info on each other but are both unfamilar with the city.
Fighters start 2 miles apart at unknown locations for both.
No BFR Allowed.
Win is by Ko, Death or surrender. Morals on.

Just because Zoom has a bad track record against fighting women (Wonder Woman, Liberty Belle) doesnt mean Voodoo will have any sort of advantage here.  She'll just get pounded out because her durability and reaction speed is low.

Zoom doesnt know where she is & also as a changeling she could turn into anything to stop from being found giving her the upper hand in this scenario un like Zoom & once his back is turned she could do to him wot she did to Captain Atom..

I know. But she can't do it faster than Zolomon. There are only a handful of people in both Marvel and DC who can manipulate time better than Zoom, and they're mostly cosmic entities.
