What is inferno Hulk? What are the conditions? New 52 Barry? Professor Zoom? Hunter Zolomon Zoom? or are you referring to Daniel West Reverse Flash ?

Until he clarifies then it's Thawne + New 52 Barry (since those are the latest respective versions of Zoom and Flash) vs Hulk and, I believe, Infernal Hulk (who's just a version of Hulk turned into a demon who kills Banner).

Demon Hulk never really did anything of note and I obviously don't favor Hulk's chances against New 52 Barry, much Flashpoint/Post Rebirth Thawne.

Flash and Zoom stomps. That's a mismatch. Hulk and Inferno Hulk aren't fast enough to touch Barry or Eobard. Flash or Thawne could solo. It doesn't matter wich versions of them.
