Zod wins. He has a vast experience on Kryptonian technology and warfare. For all we know, he may know more about H'el than this punk himself.

Round 1: H'el

Round 2: Zod

H'el stomps in both rounds. He managed to defeat Superman, Superboy and Supergirl together, and would easily defeat Zod.

Zod has miltary expierience and wouldn't hold back like Superman, plus I'm sure he knows what H'el really and his connection to Krpton if any. Kneel before Zod! Opps maybe I meant Todd! lol Zod ftw!

Zod will be kneeling before H'el in time.
