At first my answers were
Scenario 1: Vs Avengers
Kryptonians easily
Scenario 2: Vs F4 universe. Silver Surfer included.
Kryptonians not too easy because of SS. SS wasn't as impressive as Doom with his powers couldn't wipe the floor with combined FF power set, meaning Thing's durability and strength was enough to stand up against SS. And it did took unknowon amount of time for SS to make those giant holes we even saw how he did it, it wasn't fast process with huge energy projection. In fact Doom showed destructive energy projection and it wasn't enough. Reed and Doom with prep could possibly build some devices to negate WE and are for now the smartest duo in CBMs but if they have as much knowledge about kryptonians as people in MoS they won't stop them.
Scneario 3: Vs X-men universe. This means all movies, including First Class.
X-men. They have numbers and variability in powers. Destroying WE is possible, taking out kryptonians also possible(teleportation combo Curt teleports them to Blink and she cuts them in half while others try make some damage). Alot of casualities from X-men universe but there is so much mutants. And if future sentinels are allowed, i don't believe kryptonians could easily beat few thousands sentinels AND mutant forces combined.
Scenario 4: Kryptonian Army vs Chitauri and Loki
Why so high? Its a stomp, Chitauri were a joke and Loki is not powerhouse, he couldn't even mind control IM, an armor is enough protection ofcourse if he'll survive long enough.
Scenario 5: All Marvel movies combined. This means Spider-Man, Daredevil, etc.
Win because of X-men Universe.
But then my eyes caught this:
No prep for Marvel, Kryptonian army is fully adapted to Earth's atmosphere just as Superman was. How does this play out ?
It plays extremely bad for the good guys. Even if 1 kryptonian is left on the ship to watch over WE's work, its 10 others that would be huge problem.
Marvel only hope is X-men universe. And X-men universe' only hope as of now is Charles' telepathy(if future movies will show Superman to have bad resistance) to stop kryptonians, WE is not the problem.
Bonus Scenario: Kryptonian Army invades Asgard
Asgard only hope is Odin and he didn't show anything. In fact he doesn't have an eye and is pretty much asgardian physically, so he is as vulnerable as the rest. Kryptonians clear the place.
