 no... omnipotent means all powerful which means that you are almost limetless, but there is always some one more powerful then you a good example is galactus (i am lagoon boy) "

Probably Zeus.

Zeus of myth never totally lost a fight, he was pretty much the Supreme dude, the Supreme God, the master of the Skies, the creator, the omnipotent one.  The only person who could give him the boot was a future son, and it could only be a son from the gal Thetis, if he took her as a lover. The problem with the Greek Gods is they weren't that smart, they were always cheating on each other and they liked to screw around and Zeus screwed just about everything including goats!  So it is possible their might be a baby Zeus out there really to take the crown from his Daddy. Hera,  and his son Apollo rebelled once and chained Zeus while he slept....I don't want to get into any graphic detail but the big man lost his powers for a spell and then there was the battle against the monster of all monsters,  Typhoeus a ShumaGorath thing with all kinds of tentacles, all kinds of eyes and heads, it beat around Zeus for a while  but Hermes got the monster off his back, and Zeus came back and kicked his ass in a rematch.
 
So in answer to your question Classic Zeus was never truly defeated, some of his own Gods knocked the crown off his head but only for a brief period
he might have lost to the Roman Gods, as the Empire of Rome annexed Greece and Zeus was replaced by the Roman God Jupiter or he might have lost to Christianity as Constantine and Europe became Christian

I must remind you that there are only one God who Zeus feared, and it is Nyx. Nyx is night itself and the mother of Moros. 
 
Moros is Omnipotent, yes, however he still is below his Mother Nyx.  
  
Zeus vs Silver Surfer..... Well Zeus if the "God of the Gods" and he rules all [personification] Gods but that does not mean he is invincible. He simply is the ruler.  
NB: Personification Gods do not refer to Nyx, Gaia and the other Primordial Gods, as they have no Human form.

If Nyx beats Moros then Moros is not omnipotent. An All powerful being would not lose....he could just will himself to win at any moment in time. All these characters are nigh-omnipotent.

Zeus curbstomps him, then mindrapes him into joining his harem as an amusing toy thanks to his goddly charms.
