Anyway. I was under the impression that outside the suit MC could life three times his own body weight. MC weighs close to 400 pounds so that would put him at lifting somewhere aroung 1200 pounds over his head. The spartans would be considered superhuman even outside the armor by marvel and dc standards. Cap can only officially lift 800 over his head.
Samus is also an enhanced being as well, she was given a blood transfusion by the Chozo which enhanced her physical and mental attributes... plus years of training. The problem is we dont know what the transfusion did to her
if she has access to her zero suit tech than she wins. if not... i give it to MC

Actually he works out by bench pressing 1100 lbs, so it's fair to say Cap is in the same neighbourhood as MC. Samus has the definite edge in terms of speed and agility. I don't know if she can hit hard enough to do any lasting damage to MC. She might be able to lure him over the edge of the building, but that's about it. MC is fast enough to eventually tag her, at which point he should win.

Samus in the zero suit has superhuman agility, stamina, and flexibility. She also has the power to absorb the X parasite due to her Metroid DNA. She might be able to drain life force from non-X, but that's not confirmed since she has only fought X parasites after getting the upgrade (GIVE US A METROID GAME POST-FUSION!).
@Ferro Vida: i just said that because MC strength is higher. cap can bench 1100 but he can only deadlift like 800... i believe its easier to bench than lift something over your head. if cap can lift 800 over his head and MC can lift somewhere around 1200 his bench press would be higher than caps.
i agree... i dont know samus's physical abilities outside the suit so its hard to gauge her. im assuming MC is stronger though

@MonsterStomp: Yes, because of his armour. It has been stated in numerous sources that he would not have survived that fall without the armour lock.
How does any armor protect against internal bleeding? MC was knocked unconcious for an unknown amount of days, why didnt the armor protect him from that?

master chief isnt slow in combat infact his reflexes are incalculatable. and his bones are like steel. he took down 4 odsts which are like marines and ledt two dead at age 14. he can bench over 1000lbs
he started training at age 6. i dont see what samus has on the chief.
Samus is acclimated to Zebes, which as per metroid prime has a mass of 4.4 trillion teratons (the Earth by comparison is 5.7 trillion gigayons) and a diameter akin to Venus, making for a surface gravity rating of nearly 900 times the Earth.
You'd need to be in the class 70-80 range just to survive, but the manga shows her vaulting over 12 meter cliffs and is noted to be functioning at a superhuman level.
The mass figure is backed up by every other thing quantitized in metroid also being absurdly ridiculous and the general lunacy of the in universe weapons (nuclear blasts to propel mortar shells for one thing).
So chief is against a near or greater than class one hundred.
