Zeratul has a personal shield that withstands a certain amount of damage before it becomes ineffective. He has a psionic sword and teleporting capabilities.He is very wise and experienced in battles. His strength, agility and ability to react are superhuman as he has honed his alien physiology to it's peak (as every Protoss does). oh and he is effectively invisible
Jim Raynor wears a suit that gives him some degree of super-strength, and armor to help with his durability and versatility in combat. He has a knife and standard starcraft marine equipment.
Human torch can't go supernova :)
