-Time Traveling from the future or the past
-Has metahuman strength when manifested as a physical being
-Teleportation
-Telepathy
-Semi-omnipresent depending on who is cursed, she can be anywhere in the globe simultaneously (ie: Japan and U.S at one given time... In the Ju-On Series, she is haunting multiple people all at once in different time lines from present to past to future)

If anything, she would have the reality warping powers similar to Freddy Kruger without the dream. Kayako is not even a human soul but a manifestation of endless pain and hatred. That "emotion" takes the appearance of the entire Saeki family. So, the Grudge is Kayako, Takeo, Toshio and the Cat. The Grudge works to lure the victim in by the scouter Toshio and the Cat While Kayako chases after the victim to force them to feel her pain. When she catches them, she sends to Limbo where Takeo murders their soul, and then Kayako absorbs them into her creating a new Grudge that continuously spreads out to lure other victims for the Grudge to absorb (ie: Ju-On: White ghost and Black ghost who are victims of the Grudge)
By the way, Valek seems to have several kinds of weaknesses. First, the demon can be contained and exorcised. Second, Valek is time-locked through the present. She can only flow in the linear timeline and ride with it
Kayako on the other hand, is non-linear with time and not locked in a specific time line.
During the 1st Ju-On movie, Kayako hunts down a young highschool girl in the present year of 2000.* Kayako and Family died a couple years before this time. As she hunts down the highschool girl who's father died before she was born, Kayako travels back into the early 1980's and begins to hunt down the girl's father. Kayako kills the father in the 1980's while at the same time is on the process of absorbing the girl from the year 2000. As the girl is about to die, she sees her father who is tormented by the Grudge, instantly knowing that her father died because of Kayako from the past despite the fact that Kayako herself was killed in the late 1990's.
During the rest of the 13 movies and series, Kayako and Family does their time-traveling multiple times throughout the series.
*Ju-On plays in a backwards sequence from end to beginning unlike the American Grudge Movie where it plays from beginning to end. That said, one watching the Jo-On series would understand that Kayako is cursing people from multiple timelines and compressing those timelines in singular moments.
In conclusion to this, the Grudge when confronted by Valek, will fight Valek in the present while at the same time, travel back in time to the origin of Valek to keep her contained the time Valek was subdued in hell.
Feats from a other battle but yeah she is god tier level. You would need someone like Dr fate or Dr strange or someone of higher tier to put her away or seal her. Physical damage won’t do 0 to her same goes for Sadako 💯
