Ben has 1 alien against whom magic doesnt work, namely Terraspin (sorry if i typed the spelling incorrectly), so i give it to ben provided to can access it :)

@Killemall:What power does the Alien have other than that? But that changes a lot, provided he is within the power range of the Ben the OP has described.

Well he is just ressistent to magic and maniulated winds, if you see the pic in op the one that looks like a tortoise is the aline i am talking about.

I dont think that would work, because Gwen in her pure mana form (thats magic form in Ben 10) gave attacked Aggregor only to realise that her magic attacks just dialuted before it could hurt him. Aggregor then mentions that since one of the alien he absorbed was Terraspin, her magic are completely useless.

Besides, he has an alien against which pretty much nth works, namely Alien X, but he has only got Alien X to actually help him once and the reason they did so was because survival of Ben 10 was paramount for the balance within Alien X to exist :) there's another way around.

This i can agree with, but thats the problem with Zatanna isnt it. If she is able to kill him before ben can transform she wins, :) but ben these days can transform without touching the omnitrix so it depends on whether he can make his move first or Zatanna could. Becasuse once he gets to convert to terraspin (granted the omnitrix gives him the said alien) i dont see how Z can beat him.

If it's that multi-level alien, Ben must win, but pay attention that I said 'must'. His personalities need to agree, so Zatanna can put one finger here and the other there to manipulate them (or maybe even turn off the clock, as he has a time).

He has an alien immune to magic, but she doesn't necessarily need to use magic to defeat him. She can put it inside her hat or just tie it up with something solid.

But, remembering, obviously, that his watch has a time validity, so she can roll it up to discharge.
