Zaraki Kenpachi (Bleach)

War (Darksiders)
Rule:
1.) Zaraki has his Zanpakuto and is in his most powerful state.
2.) War has his arsenal including the Abyssal armor and fully upgraded powers (minus the seals being broken as we have yet to see what the horsemen can do when the seals are broken.
3.) Kenpachi can summon one of his squad members for help, while War has Ruin.
4.) Battle ends in Death.
