Unless they've got any good dodging feats I'd say Deadshot solos.

Deadshot should solo. IIRC the Zapata Brothers are those 2 hilarious moon knight villains right? I think catman solo would be a closer fight to be honest. They haven't done much as is my understanding.

All though its cool to see the Zapata Brothers in the battle forums.

This is closer. I'm not to knowledgeable about rag doll personally. I know his durability could potentially be a problem. All though ragdoll is vulnerable to stabbing damage IIRC.
