Zadkiel took God's throne and almost became omnipotent.
I have no idea who the other character is, I'm just saying.
@Valtot: I know he did that is why i thought it would be a good fight. I haven't got the issues he appeared in so i cant site specific feats(was hoping other ghostrider fans would cover that) the only one i can recall apart from the heaven thing is killing a group of ashuras(apparently heavens assasins)
