This is Z Fighters via Android Saga. Cell was not even at full power and they had a hard time fighting him. Cell solos.

Also, Android 13 was on another level to the Z Fighters as well, so he might solo this fight as well.

These fights are kind of retarded as most of them have already happened / been explored in the series based on power levels and other feats.

The villains win this one in this instance as the Z-Fighters are their Android Saga selves, it's that simple. 13 and Cell were on another level at that point.
