Well, Joker was insane blowing a bomb in someone's stomach..I'm sure he could do that to at least Superboy and Miss Martian.

Ok, Joker and Batman get some time to prep with knowledge of the power set for each character, so Bats gets green K and Joker gets to know what he's up against.
Miss Martin tries to read Batman's mind and she just gets "Good thing Joker thought about how to take out Super boy" then she goes to read Joker's mind and is immediately horrified into a catatonic state by a blitz of the most inconceivably horrific and disturbing images anyone can conceive of. So she's gone. Joker then starts making fun of Super boy, getting in his head and pissing him off all Hannibal Lectur style. SB rushes him to try and kill him and then Batman attaches krypotnite to him with something similar to the ropes he used on the thugs in Batman Begins. Now it's just Artemis and Robin. Bats fights Robin for awhile, and should be able to take the win there, while Joker pisses off A till she just starts plugging him full of arrows, but he keeps laughing till that's not enough anymore and she goes to bash on him with the bow, at which point he slides a knife into her kidney.

This is the best shot I can give them, but it does take the liberty of giving Bats access to GK and the two of them knowledge of the powers the team has. But with these two distinct advantages, and ignoring the problems entailed in Bats and Joker teaming up, I think that the youth of their opponents would be a large enough advantage to let B&J manipulate them into stupid mistakes
