If Red Robin knows what he is up against then he wins, but otherwise he dies instantly. Agility > Cyclops but if you don't know what you're trying to avoid you're gonna die.

Tim should win handily. Pre-Flashpoint Red Robin was his most impressive incarnation. Definitely the strongest Tim. I love 05 Cyke, but he just doesn't have the experience or battle strategy that Tim does. I don't think this Scott could one-shot with his current power set, and I don't see Tim allowing Scott to hit him again after analyzing his abilities from the first optic blast.

So basically a super scrubby rookie vs Batman's best student.... why even ask this is Tim by a landslide. Even if Tim doesn't know his power set he's the best detective next to Bruce in the bat family. I think the huge visor might clue him in a bit.

@themagicstik: There is a high probability that a pre52 Red Robin would take one glance at Cyke and quickly deduce that Cyke has some sort of ability centered around his eyes based upon the rather obvious eye wear. Granted, he wouldn't expect an optic blast with complete certainty, but Tim would certainly be considering that as a definite possibility.

My vote is for Red Robin

I'm trying to remember what Young Cyke has done since coming to the future. I can't recall any specific feats off the top of my head unfortunately.

But his power level is certainly enough to one-shot Tim if he hits him, and he is perfectly capable of a wide-angle shot that would be extremely difficult to dodge. I'm not talking about taking off his visor, just a standard wide angle shot. I'd show a scan, but somehow my feats folder somehow disappeared from my profile.

He should also be quite a good shot already, even if not as accurate as his more-practiced older self. Part of his power is a spatial awareness sense--he's not just accurate by practice, it's part of his power. This is part of what helps him bank shots off a number of objects before hitting his target. So this ability should be taken into account when considering Tim's agility.

Tim could certainly win a number of fights, and it would help to know what the starting distance is.

I'm not sure exactly what you're saying about Beast there at the end. And I don't know whether Season One is canon--I don't know much about it. But certainly the first few issues of X-Men would count. I'm just being lazy about looking it up. :)
