You with a lantern ring vs Avengers

You have 5 years prep upon getting ring, and 1 year to defeat all members, either as a group or individually.

You can try again after a defeat.

You must defeat all members, not to death just unconscious or they admit defeat.

OH i forgot you may use any color lantern ring of you choice.

This really depends on a person's will if anything. Wouldn't  you would get training after becoming one? This is pretty much an average Corp member vs The Avengers if you think about it. The only way it will be different is if someone has a very strong will and I don't have that. Give me a red ring and I'll beat the hulk.

LoL... I would love to get a GL ring...it will be too damn much funs...

but the problem is... Tony Stark will sure out-smarts me in someway... I too dumb when compared to someone like Tony Stark.

I have no feats with a green lantern ring. Give me John Stewart's feats and I could pull it off...

A year eh? Well I'd want to take out ALL of the smart guys first so they can't prepare anything to take me out, it would be very difficult to do so though, Sue could possibly solo with morals off if I attacked Reed, Iron man shouldn't be TOO hard, don't know how I'm gonna get Banner/Hulk out of the picture, also I'm not underestimating Sentry here, he could solo easily depending on which version of him it is. Basically I don't think it's really possible to do, take one guy out and the others will start preparing, not only that but many of them are strong enough to solo anyway, this is assuming I'm on like Kyle Rayners level btw (which I wouldn't be irl lol), I think Thor could solo if he's not jobbing

Five years is a long time to learn and do you mean green lantern ring or do I chose the color

With White lantern ring I could probably win.

Even without a ring I could become a god in the Marvel universe given the knowledge I have on obscure overpowered artifacts that enhance people, for instance there are inhalers that can give you the powers of the X-Men floating about.

Because I tell you that with a red ring I could give it a good go. But with a red ring and a yellow ring I would stomp.

Wait.. Are we talking about ALL the avengers because that's like an entire city of superheroes here... One on one, Assasin style? Yeah. Maybe. I've come up with a way to take out most everyone of them. The ring would give me the ability to aquire the necessary resources to enact them. But there's far more avengers then all the ones I've accounted for. Especially if you take in the academy and all the sub-venger groups out there. I don't even know whose still on the "Avengers" roster anymore.

I doubt I have the will to even use a GL ring nor am I emotional enough to use any of the others.

Yes, using a Orange Ring and five years to prep, and then one year to beat Thor, Hercules and Quasar first to then use against them as constructs.

Launtern ring and that much prep time? I'd kill the hood and take his gang, then hire some of the mercs, grab some infinity gems if I can get my hands on em, and wreck invisible woman and reed first

i think id do good with a red ring let me rage on call of duty for awhile then ill kill them all

I feel I could use the blue or red rings strongly, but I would choose the black ring for this.

Avengers would still stomp the crap out of me easily.

Well, since I already have a Blue Lantern Ring, I'll take the diplomatic route. Unless they're blood-lusted, I'm sure I can talk them into a stalemate.

If it comes down to a physical confrontation, I'm afraid my only option would be to flee into space and hope for the life of me I can out-wit Thor and maybe Iron Man. Not sure if I could do that though.

If Hard-Headedness translates to Willpower, I stomp...Also, with 5 years prep, and a comic book collection and near unlimited resources (because who's gonna stop me once I have a lantern ring?), I'm sure I could think of something...

White Lantern ring without the entity are featless, I think. Black Lanterns can be hurt by light manipulators. Orange Ring without the Lantern? Not sure about that. Compassion might work if we get their staffs and can channel other colors (can't remember if the 2 are tied).

Maybe if I had Kyles current ring or the First Lantern's Ring (if he actually has one), but both are untested.

Don't see the other rings cutting it.

Ty, I think that would be pretty effective, like attacking Ironman when he is not in his suit, and using poisonous gas that cannot be detected to kill the vulnerable members at a avenger meeting, stuff of that nature. I do see Thor being a problem, but i could see myself attacking when he is eating or something without his hammer to try and get a quick KO. Hulk i could just wrap a field around him and bfr him into space. Ill try to go sneaky until i get the big guns out of the way then become more aggressive since I would know their plans and secrets.

Anyone here who thinks Thor or hulk couldn't break a GL construct is nuts. I personally don't think just one GL could take out the avengers

Pfft red or yellow ring I'd win as long as I took em on 1 on 1, White Ring and I'd stomp.

Pshhhhhhht. I've stood my ground without any equipment when a guy twice my size is coming at me! :P

With a Green Lantern ring and five years training, I think I can handle it! I mean, Quasar isn't part of the Avengers anymore so I shouldn't have too much to fear :P

Oh, god no! All the hope in the universe wouldn't save you with a blue ring, it's powers are limited without the presence of a Green ring <.<, When their planet is under attack, their master plan is to go get a green lantern -_^;

If I had a blue ring I would use it to heal myself as I ran away...

I could do it with either a Green, Red, or Orange ring......Orange is a guarantee since I'd have the ability to summon those I defeat(correct me if I'm wrong). People are afraid of the big hitters but to me my first target would be Cap, kill him and you throw the rest of the team off and get them angry. Added to that, I've seen their weaknesses and habits, Stark is weak to EMPs, I will mess with Hank using his past, Panther can be over powered if I fight him smart, Thor leaves himself open due to pride and holding back, I'll just make Hulk super mad and drop him in the middle of a crowded town and after the others have to take him down I'll hit them while they are weak. I would use Bane's strategy he used on Batman, get them tired, break them down, and take them out. I will be smart, I will be ruthless, and I will win.........plus push come to shove I'm blowing the planet and going to try my hand at the Guardians of the Galaxy lol
