Well I got this 2 (By the way I'm assuming the powers we get - we have mastered them before confronting Superman)

Answer: Hell yea!! #1 alone should allow me to stalemate Superman, even if I cannot win against him I would prevent him from winning against me..Then we have #2 which handily gives me the win..If my powers are anywhere near Genis,Surfer, Galactus then I should have no problem wiping the floor with Superman using my Cosmic Manipulation powers..

Supernatural strength an' elemental shapeshiftin'! Superman is dead.

If Supes tried to attack me head on, all I'd need to do is become super-soft sand or somethin' an' make him punch right through me. Then I'd turn my body super-hard an' trap his fist for a bit, make my fists huge an' pound the life outta him.

If he'd fly around though, I could just thunderclap him down on the ground, then jump towards him with my super-strong legs, grab him an' either turn my hands into maces an' beat him sh**less or just grab him an' finish him off with a bear-hug.

Hmm, I received Fortification Creation, which is the ability to make really snazzy buildings for myself, and Psionic Embodiment, which is total control over the entirety of psionic force in the universe.

Okay, this time I got Age Acceleration and Envy Empowerment.

Considering it's not stated in the OP, I assume morals are on and bloodlust is off. Considering Supes ages at the same rate a regular human does I could just age him to dust. I know n52 does occasionally speedblitz while in character, but to him I would just look like a defenseless teenage boy, so chances are he wouldn't speed blitz me. So I guess I could possibly win? Maybe? Under the right circumstances?

The first lot of powers are useless against Superman but with the second lot of powers, I teleport around Superman, regenerate from any attacks he throws my way and go for his pitiful mental defenses with my telepathy and mind control to bring Superman to his knees. I could make him commit suicide but I think I'll keep him under my thumb for my own reasons. He shall kneel before my mental superiority :P I predict a 7-8/10 win ratio for me with these powers.

So i got Eye Color Manipulation ,

Which will do me absolutely no good, cept turn my eyes into a pretty blue color while Supes murders me to death.

And this interesting little thing called Severing

TBH, i had never heard of such a thing. However, judging from the powerlist, I would murderstomp Supes

-Cut his head off

-Cut his lungs out from his body

-Cut his link to the sun

-Seperate his cells from Oxygen

-Seperate his life force

Law creation- The user can create physical laws to bend others to the boundaries of the rule. When the rules have been set then the victims have no chance of escaping them. Unless the victims abide to the rules, it's hopeless for them.

Transcendent physiology- User is physically and mentally beyond essentially all forms of harm or other ways to influence them (outside of other beings of similar status, superior beings or some specific concepts), and gain powers that are supernatural and magical to outside viewer.
