You vs Ralph Wiggum w/Infinity Gauntlet

Ralph Wiggum feats:

Ralph knows that you are there but doesn't know you're hostile. Battle takes place Springfield Elementary School. Ralph has just got the Gauntlet, doesn't know what it is or how to use it.

Lol Funny battle. But I feel this might get locked man.

Ralph. Look at what Nebula did with the gauntlet. He won't be stupid anymore.

Isn't there a rule where all the combatants in a battle thread must know their in a battle or else it isn't really a battle?
