For each round, you get three perks/items/powers, choose carefully!

Rules:

  • No BFR
  • Enemies are bloodlusted and morals off
  • You have a year to prepare for each round using your resources, enemies will have none
  • No outside help allowed in the battle
  • You have full knowledge of who you are facing
  • Enemies have standard gear/equipment
  • DC characters are pre 52, Marvel characters are from 616.
  • You have a 20 minute head start to set up your prep around the room/put up shields or do whatever before the combatants step in.

Perk 1:

  • Option of morals on and bloodlust off for your enemies.
  • One year of combat training by Batman, Daredevil, and Captain America.
  • Batman and Ironman fund your prepping but you still have to do it yourself, you just have virtually unlimited funds.

Perk 2 (items):

For rounds 1-5 you get the option of:

  • Spidey's web shooters
  • Cap's shield
  • A lightsaber
  • An assortment of guns/firearms provided by the Punisher

For rounds 6-10 you get the option of:

  • 2 green lantern rings
  • Mjolnir (you are worthy)
  • Ironman's bleeding edge armor
  • Wonder Woman's sword

Perk 3 (powers):

For rounds 1-5 you get the option of:

  • Peak Human Strength
  • Peak Human Reflexes
  • Deadpool's tolerance of pain
  • Peak Human Speed
  • Spider sense (note you still must be quick enough to react so think carefully about this one)

For rounds 6-10 you get the option of:

  • Wonder Woman's (new 52) strength level
  • Superman's heat vision/freeze breath
  • Technopathy
  • Wolverine and Deadpool's regen factors combined (twice as effective)
  • Wonder Woman's (new 52) level of speed

great write up! a lot of effort and thought went into this from what i can see

i'm afraid i would lose at round 3...... one year training is not enough to deal with hawkeye and green arrow and no matter which perks i pick, they will always be able to out-gun me..... setting up traps should not work on highly trained and skilled street level heroes like them and they're not really characters with the greatest amount of morals, so they will kill me, if they have to

the absolutely only chance i would have would be to pick spider-mans spider-sense and to train it the way spider-man did it in a what if, here his spider-sense pretty much turned into serious precognition but it's doubtful that i could achieve such a great level of spider sense mastery within one year with the additional body and arms training

Good response, I'd think that peak human reflexes with firearms (from my own resources), Cap's shield and combat training would give me a chance against them two personally. Though I can see why round three can be a problem for most.

the problem is that every street level hero has peak something... captain america and batman might have the advantage over other heroes in that regard, but me being slightly more peak humanish than hawkeye and green arrow shouldn't make a difference and then there is also the one year training, which wouldn't turn me to the worlds greatest marksman by any stretch of the imagination and i would still be going against two of the best marksmen in comic book history, who could shoot an arrow up in the sky, which would then bounce off somewhere few times and hit me in the back of my head :-(

Body armor with prep should also help with the arrows I think. A year with my resources (relatively wealthy) can afford me some good protection against them two. That and the shield plus my reflexes and traps would give them a handful. Just me though.

Round 6-10 Mjolnir and Double Regeneration MIGHT let me clear the whole thing, but I thing the F4 might cause problems because of a numbers advantage

Perks:Combat Training

Round 1-5:Cap's Shield, Spider sense

Round 6-10:2 GL rings, Wolverine+DP healing

For 1-5 I probably stop 3 or 4 maybe even 2 due to being against 5 people. I'll mainly rely on spider sense warning me and using the shield tank hits.

For round 6-10 I can see me clearing due to the rings giving the stats to compete with everyone and using my imagination spongebob style and the healing factors keep me alive through everything

I clear. First 5 rounds I use prep to blow EVERYTHING up as I hide in some armor+Cap's shield+other stuff

6-10 I simply use Mjolnir like a smart person, if they hurt me, I heal too fast. Omnidirectional lightning ftw (except Storm and Magneto, Just drain their energy or smack them with Mjolnir or something)

Round 1: Combat Training, Punsiher Weapons, Spider Sense. Doubt anyone would make it that far with just a year. Batman himself stuggles with these people and he's been training since he was like 10 and fighters supervillans all of the time. What am I going to do if they only have me for a year?

I'd stop at Deathstroke. Green Arrow and Hawkeye shoduldnt be too hard if you're using web shooters to web up their quivers or yank their bows away.
