This has never been done before, but I think it's possible.
We are fully healed in between each fight and have access to a warehouse full of awesome junk.
Equipment:
-Bodyheat conversion inlayer suit: Channels excess body heat into heating everything above the inlayers above the parts of your body furthest away from you; max temp can inflict second degree burns on contact (basically you get fire punches kicks elbows etc)
-Electromesh conversion skintight suit: Contact induces a potential difference between suit and material, causing moderate shocks
-Electromesh bilayer skintight suit: Creates potential energy difference between suit and material, channeling the shock of the first layer and inducing mild frostbite in skin (when someone touches you they get frostbite and they get shocked)
-Reversibly tunable wettability gauntlets: By virtue of pollution, allows projected motion across distances of three feet at one third potency, two feet is half, one foot is three fourths (hit someone from far away)
-e-Lectro Magnetically Convertible Boots/Gauntlets: Creates repulsion field with iron in the bloodstream, allowing for loss of movement at contact points and painful tingling sensations (pressure points on steroids)
-e-Lectro Magnetically Convertible Inlines: Post charge, artificially induce electromagnetic field that allows you to hover up to one foot off the ground, mentally changeable
-Torque Maximization Boots/Gauntlets: Arcing strikes, while requiring more initial force, can land with enough force to pulverize bone (super charged fists and feet)
- -G Projected FieldHelm: Post charging, emits reduced gravitational field which halves required force around body (doubles stats)
-Basically Basic Metal Spray: Sprays onto metal weapons; when they come into contact with skin the skin slowly sloughs off (extremely painful) and when it comes into contact with blood decreases physical abilities of victim
-Array of weapons
-Basic SWAT body armor including nightvision goggles and psychic comm links
-Training dummies, etc
All of this stuff stacks, of course, so you can have any number of gauntlets and armor and get the resistance of the armor and the effects of the gauntlets.

-H2H training, mostly in extremely debilitating strikes
-Experience in kicking martial arts
-Average strength
-High pain tolerance
-Very fast

4) Six street thugs in an alley armed with clubs
5) Four unarmed police officers with clubs in a grocery store
6) One armed police officer in a crowded nightclub
7) One Karate Black-Belt in a wrestling ring
8) Three armed police officers in a bounce castle
9) Mike Tyson in a wrestling ring (he can only grapple)
10) Judo 10th-Dan, sacred tea ceremony
11) Four armed and armored Spartan hoplites
12) The Penguin and his umbrella+ a dozen thugs inside a dimly lit cave
13) Three velociraptors in a jungle
14) A blind Robin from Teen Titans in Starfire's empty bedroom, all gadgets
15) Roran Stronghammer with his hammer and two chimpanzees in Galbatorix's pitch black throne room

Batman has come to our base and has only average stats with all our equipment, can we beat him?
