Doom has gotten pissed at you because you have made one too many spite threads stacked against him and so he has decided to destroy you. You don't know when he'll strike or how all you know is he wants you dead. You may choose one superhero under Thanos level to defend you against a Dr. Doom who has unlimited prep. How does this thing go down?

Superhero under thanos level in what regard? Personally, probably gonna take Urza cause counterspell and being a master artificer.
