Ymir Vs America - Battles

I just had a weird dream about this it had the jonas brothers in it and i had spider powers It was werid.
And i started wondering,could ymir destroy america.
If not how would he go down?

by the heigth of that thing, it would probably die on its way to america before it even sets a foot on it.

he can control his size

Not only can he control his size (normally being a being of about 1,000 ft high), he can also put a serious hurt on the Asgard Gods! I doubt he would succeed at destroying America, however he would do massive amounts of damage and loss of life before he got taken down. Depending on which comic he was in the main people to take him down (on earth) would be:

Mr. Fantastic (Would enlist other help - and most likely would involve using science to banish Ymir back where he came from)
The Hulk (Long battle - the damage would be catastrophic)
Dr. Strange (questionable - would most likely need additional help)
Thor (but he would have to use Thor Force - it took Odin Force to trap Ymir in the first place)
Silver Surfer (if he was on/near earth at the time)
Sentry (questionable due to mental instability)
