YJ battle Nightwing vs Superboy - Battles

Nightwing vs Superboy Season 2btw.

Morals are on and they are in gotham city. Nightwing is allowed to call batman in for back up only once for 3 minutes. No kryptonite is allowed. No sheilds are allowed as well. Superboy has a few hours of prep, Nightwing was allowed only one. This is not spite I love Nightwing I'm just trying to give him a difficult challenge is all.

Who wins?

We have almost no info of what YJ Nightwing is capable of, so it's pretty much impossible to tell what he can do. And yes, this is spite, or at least an obvious mismatch. You've given Superboy several hours of prep, Nightwing only one, and made it nearly impossible for Dick to hurt Connor. Last time I checked, Superboy's durability was pretty high, enough so that I don't see how Nightwing could hurt him.

Edit: Saw the Batman for backup bit. Still don't see it changing anything, as you've still outlawed kryptonite.

Nightwing. YJ Superboy hasn't really impressed me. Unless he's got his patches. Plus I'm not sure he could really do anything with prep.

How is Dick going to do enough damage to take Connor down, though? And unless the OP says otherwise, several hours prep could very well mean he could get his hands on some Shields.

Good point about the sheilds I will go ahead and outlaw these in the OP. I don't want this to be a battle that is quickly discussed via one night though. Based on the information we get this season and feats I want this battle to grow with it you know. At this point I think the element of giving him Batman for only three minutes is still enough to bring connor down. He only has half of superman's powers...

Regardless, I don't see what Nightwing will do to hurt Connor.

we really dont have much feats about season 2 superboy, like has his powers developed or not, and its almost useless to give him prep time. you can give him 1 week prep time,his strategy is still obvious,he gets angry easily and charge in. so with prep, i'll say nightwing wins

We don't know much about them yet so I'd go with Superboy.

also has anyone else noticed that dick has aged but conner hasn't I mean I know he's a clone and all but I find that strange.

Thats not good enough to back up your statement. If you are referring to when they were all being controlled by the bio-tech, the person controlling them was stated to not be able to use them all to their full capacity. If superman wasn't under mind-control MAYBE you would have a good point but he was.

Really? Superman didn't seem to hesitate to absolutely dominate both Ms. Martian and Connor WITHOUT his supposed full power. The only reason they stopped him was due to a distraction and using Kryptonite. Connor also took a hit from Amazo who had the strength of Superman and proceeded to uppercut him from a traveling train outside of a town and into the high school that Dick attended.

I'm failing to see how Nightwing will harm Superboy at all during this fight without feats unless he somehow posses Superman level strength or Kryptonite.

Batman makes no difference, and nowhere near enough of an advantage to take Connor down. You're still giving Nightwing(who is featless in the YJ universe) one hour of prep. Batman, going by your OP, only has the prep that Nightwing has done. And neither have kryptonite. So, again, how will either of them hurt Superboy enough to win?

And as Deranged Midget pointed out, he was taking hits from Superman. I'd say that puts his durability pretty high. High enough so that neither Batman or Nightwing without the aid of kyrptonite, can hurt Superboy. It's still heavily in Connor's favor, bordering on spite.

You are severely underestimating the power of the dynamic duo. There are so many things they could do for instance using knock out gas to but the superboy to sleep, they could probably poison him, lets not forget as far as we know he cannot fly which is a HUGE factor which lets superman beat Batman. Also his strength still isnt as strong as Clark's and that could prove a factor. But back to what I said about the knock out gas how would that not work exactly?

Unless there is proof that knockout gas works on Connor, you can't use it. His strength, while not as high as Clark's, is still high, and isn't even the question here. It's his durability. Without kryptonite, there isn't a way for them to actually beat him. I'm not underrating anyone here. But as it stands, Nightwing in the Young Justice series is featless. There is no proof of his abilities yet. So there is no way to know if he's even on the level of his comic book counterpart or not, meaning that you can't make a case for him because there's no evidence to back up that case. We don't even know what gadgets he carries.
