yeah, my money's on Mongol as well...

Mongol has fought Superman to a standstill before, is easily as strong as superman and has his chest energy weapon to back him up.

he's completely ruthless and wouldn't think twice about cheating and just blasting hulk from a distance with his beam as full intensity
