1. Batmans ring has almost no charge

2. Clark is not afraid of Batman in anyway.

3. Batman has no yellow lantern feats.

If Superman was a normal human and had the Lantern I would still give it to him over Batman.

Yellow Lantern's power source is fear. Batman is known to scare the crap out of his opponents. Many metas, who would totally stomp Bats in a random encounter are afraid of him. And I don't mean out of respect. They actually fear him. Bats would be crazy powerful with Yellow ring. Now, Bruce would be a good green lantern as well, but I don't think he can surpass Hal. But he can surpass Sinestro when it comes to being Yellow Lantern.

Batman didn't have feats with it, and I recall in Forever Evil, he put it on; then it was taken of straight away.

So Superman and a yellow lantern, vs Batman with a yellow lantern; but he is featless.

I wonder why someone would say someone else has scary smile. Because they found it scary. And Injustice Supes is not scared of Batman? That single guy was able to outsmart Superman at each and every point. Supes couldn't find him for years. He was so scared of Bats that he wanted the world to know that Batman was dead by trying to kill the parallel world Bruce. So yes, Superman was scared of one person who he could never convince of join him and one person who always was many steps ahead of him.

Supes said and I quote, "Bruce is the most dangerous man on Earth."

Injustice Superman does. But honestly, normal Superman doesn't. Not good guys anyway. They all respect him, but they don't fear him. They don't have a reason to. On the other hand, Bruce actually scare them. Because of his reputation of being merciless, grey and unforgiving. Superman is exact opposite of that.

Featless character battles are against the rules.

@rbt: I disagree with your statement, simply because I'd imagine people would fear more what Superman could do than who he is like they do with Batman. But this argument is subjective so I'm going to leave it at that :)
