Light can probably take a good beating from Batman. After all in the last episode of Death Note Matsuda shot him about three times. And Light still lived. Plus Light is athletic enough to handle Batman.
And I'm sure Light can figure out Batman's identity since he is a genius. So Light definitely wins this, I believe.
I had trouble picking, but my thoughts were, Batman can be taken as just as smart, and he's more athletic and the gadgets. But ya, it'd be a good fight.
