Hummmmm it's a hard one, I would go with the x-men side:
-Jean Grey at her most recent version can BFR Hulk who is the real threat here, she is an omega telekinetic EDIT: I read now the no BFR thing... and no telepathy... guy you could say that this is depowered version of jean... anyway I think she stills can hold the hulk enough to maintain him out of the fight with the rest of the team. Hulk is the strongest there is, but I'm not sure his physical strenght can overpower the strenght of an omega telekinetic.
-Iceman can shut down Tony's armor propulsors the same way he did with the X-Jet practicing to anulate Sunfire powers. He is also an omega mutant, so he could incapacite the Extremis armor or at least maintain him occupated while Tony can't kill him (Nimrod could hurt him, but because Nimrod is maded to counter mutant powers on their base, while Iron man armor not).
-Scott and Steve are paired on what refers to leadership (while Scott actually has demostrated to be the better tactician while Rogers is more charismatic and inspire most the people under his command). But when you take this apart, Scott's powers are very levels over Steve's. The guy can shatter mountains, while Steve is on the peak of human condition and has an indestructible shield, both of them have demostrated to be very capable doing trick shots but Cyclops weapon is more powerfull than cap's.
The scarlett witch's powers before all the avengers dissasemble thing weren't as powerful as now and she was very unpredictable, if she faces somebody like x-force archangel (the one who killed most of the purifiers on a rage attack) at this power level she would be overpowered.
This let Beast to fight the Scientistic duo, they would beat him (I think Pym could beat him despite both being increible science men and Beast agility and strength).
So it would let the fight with jean holding the hulk (because of the no BFR thing) while Iceman Scott and Archangel are free to fight Pym and Van Dyne. Iceman freeze them forcin them to become giants and not ants, then Scott takes his visor off and KO them.
The main problem is that Hulk is very powerful, if they can't use telepathy they have to BFR him (on new x-men academy-x the students were forced to fight the hulk on a simulation and they always won by some sort of hypnosis or some sort of BFR).
The other problem would be if Wanda's fearing archangel berseker form becomes crazy and do weird things, but this is supossed to be before the dissasemble/HoM stuff.
