- Xraven has his twin vibranium knives (which apparently the Marvel universe never seems to run short of)
- Mimic's powers: Cyclops, Wolverine, Colossus, Northstar, and Deadpool
- Mimic has prior knowledge of Xraven's abilities and a few hours of prep
- Xraven has no idea who Mimic is
- KO or to the Death
