Xena and Buffy, they're about equal in strength; they've both broken steel chains before, but I think Xena's stronger. She once threw someone 30 feet in the air with one hand before. I don't think Buffy's ever done that.
Xena and Buffy are peak human. Buffy has no powers ((Buffy in the comics has superhuman powers, but Buffy TV does not have powers, as Black Widow in the comic has powers but in the film is only peak human, the feats of Buffy TV is exaggeration like the feats of Xena Warrior Princess)
Xena does super human things in almost every episodes. She's fast enough to stop Alti who was coming at her with super speed, she's strong enough to break steel chains and bars.
Xena and Buffy are suppose to have beyond normal human strength and speed....... But this is just a exageration of the movie, or show. Xena and Buffy are suppose are peak human. I can show a long list of peak human characters with ridiculously exaggerated skills (of movies, series, comics and videogames).
Anyway, Xena would win.

Xena takes on soldiers, not wannabe soldiers like those morons from the initiative on Buffy.
While Buffy is struggling to take down one Vamp, Xena is taking down an entire army.
Buffy has difficulty staking a vamp and she gets knocked around by one vamp, whereas Xena has defeated a whole army of over 200 soldiers.
Xena has beaten an army. It was in 'One Against An Army'. Buffy needed the other slayers to help her beat that army in Chosen.
Glory's not a real God; Joss Whedon made her up. In Xena, the gods were at least based on mythological gods. Glory was a depowered god anway and Willlow's magic was able to hurt her.
Xena. One she's fought more gods, she would kill Buffy in 2 seconds flat. Buffy can not defeat Gloria without the hammer.
Xena killed most of the Olympian Gods and they were way more powerful than Glory. It doesn't take much skill to kill a vampire; all you have to do is stake them through the heart. I doubt anyone as skilled as Xena would have much trouble defeating them.
Vampires with limited fighting skills have come close to beating Buffy.
Buffy gets hit in all her fights whereas Xena rarely gets hit. She'll murder Buffy.
Xena jumps from the floor through the roof and to the outside of a building, Buffy had just as difficult of time just going over a fence. Xena is human but faster than a regular human shown to catch arrows in flight but yeah they were inconsistant. Buffy is human also a high school cheerleader in the original movie. The Buffy TV show was generally less cheesy so in that way better.
Xena died three times and buffy only two times.
Buffy lost to Dark Willow too; Willow was never defeated, she only stopped being evil after her talk with Xander. The Master was a weak villain, Xena would defeat him with ease. Dracula wasn't impressive either. Only reason she beat Faith was because she stabbed her with that dagger, that's the only reason she won that fight in Graduation Day. Xena is just too powerful for Buffy; I doubt Buffy would even land a punch on her.
Xena is just as strong as Buffy. She's broken steel chains and bars before. She can throw someone a long distance with one hand.
Buffy defeated one godess but Xena killed a dozen of them.
Xena has taken down an army, Buffy only took down those demons in the last ep, with extreme help.
Actually, Xena fought others who had the same abilities as she did, for examle, Najara, Callisto, Draco, Varia etc. All those people were all peak human and I'd even say they could beat Buffy, too.
