The X-Team vs. The A-Team

X-men Includes: Cyclops, Storm, Emma Frost, & Wolverine (Backup: Havok & Polaris)

vs.

A-Team Includes: Iron Man, Tigra, Photon, & Ant-Man (Backups: Vision & Scarlet Witch)

Battle Takes Place: Abandoned New York City

Rules:

1. Both Teams get 20 mins of Prep
2. Both Teams are 10 feet away from each other
3. BFR is Allowed (If Possible)
4. Speed Blitz is Allowed (If Possible)
5. Emma CANNOT Mind-Rape and/or KO or Kill with her Telepathy- but she can do EVERYTHING else
6. Iron Man is in his Standard Armor
7. Backup Member(s) are ONLY allowed in after one or two characters are defeated
8. Teams are Fully Powered (Bloodlust)

WHO WINS?

Iron Man solos with the Bleeding Edge armor. Giving him 20 mins of prep is ridiculous overkill.

I agree Iron Man would solo, he is heavily under estimated on these battle forums

I wonder what a bloodlusted Photon can do...

Not really a fair battle. Iron Man can solo and so could Photon.

I dont see emma without mind rape soloing besides tony's suit is resistant to TP so he would stomp her. Storm could possibly overload his circuits or freeze him although im not sure if the bleeding edge armour is resistant to electrical overload from lightning (he could probably do something to remedy it with his prep),photon is too fast for storm and beats her IMO. there is no way wolverine is soloing he would beat on tigra and possibly kill ant-man but he wont be able to reach tony or photon before they blast him for a KO.If cyclops is actually a mountain mover with his visor off as described (i have yet to see a scan to prove this) he could possibly get tony in an all out blast but that would be his one and only shot he definately doesn't solo because photon is fast enough to avoid the blast and get behind him while he focuses on tony. on a team level i think it would be an ok fight especially if polaris gets in after someone gets taken out but i see the A-team winning out. They just have to many heavy hitters especially with wanda on the reserve list for them and BFR allowed.

@torzone: No, they can't. None of them stand a chance against Bleeding Edge armor Iron Man.

Iron Man? He won't have a chance to move before Photon puts this one away.

Iron Man's Bleeding Edge armour is the most 'perfect' armour to date. If you have been paying attention to his current series (Stark Resilient as well), you'll know that there are actually no flaws in it. It'd make Doctor Doom jelly.

Great does it let him move faster than lightspeed? Because that is the only way he does anything before Photon finishes this fight. Stark should just get a beer.

LOL! I didn't even realize that. All I saw was 'Standard Armor Iron Man' and I was like "Yep - he takes it solo.".

Tony already beat Emma in Avengers vs X-Men #2.

Team 2 is too powerful and with 20 minutes prep this is a definite overkill.

Well, the avengers kinda had the prep thing going for them, with the whole shield as back up, battle plans drawn up etc, suddenly appearing over Utopia. Iron man with prep can basically build anything to counter anyone. It's his "thing".

Yeah but all he built was was some anti tp device. I personally would not bring a hellicarrier against the master of magnetism. Either Magneto or Storm could EMP that.
