Moon Knight and Cap don't even factor into this fight. Jean would put up a TK shield around her team immediately. Moon and Cap would get TK tossed into into Ms Marvel and Stark. Storm would rain down lightening on Carol and Tony while making a Tornado to make them disoriented and disrupt their senses. Cyc would shoot at Iron Man to distract him (Ms Marvel apparently has energy absorption) Meanwhile Jean would launch Wolverine up to Tony to dig the claws in, leaving Ms Marvel to have to deal with everyone else by herself. I suppose she could beat them depending on who writes it.
It could easily go the other way too. Shit, Tony could just shoot at the ground to distract then and Cap could just get a lucky shot with his shield and take down all of them by the shield bouncing of skulls like a g'damn pinball game. Ms Marvel and Iron Man have oodles of different powers that vary from time to time. Iron Man is a friggin' walking plot device.
I would still think the X-men could hold their own.
jean could probably psychokineticlly paralyse most of them with the exception of the hulk who might be a problem for them i wonder how hulk would fair against storms lightning
