Fight takes place in a giant arena twice the size of a football field

Win by any means except BFR, if a character leaves the arena they are automatically disqualified. And if any member one either team dies, it counts as a win towards them,

So neither side can kill there opponent

Cyclops can not remove his visor

Morals are on, but both teams are going full out and determined to win.

Round 2 : Classic versions

Round 3: strongest version of every character.

So, who wins and why?

Hope this was a pretty good battle

round one and two go to avengers because of spidey

round three is most powerful version which means cosmic spidey, juggernaut colossus, and phx force cyclops so.... round three goea to avengers

oops i meant say x-men win round three

So Spider-Man is too strong for this list?

Round 1 and 2 I give to the X-Men, Round 3 I'm still indecisive.

What limits do we have for "strongest version"? X-Men have 3 Phoenix Avatars (Dark Phoenix for Cyke, then Wolverine and Pietr), and the Avengers side have a Spidey with the Beyonder's power IIRC, even if he had it for a second, it could be considered his strongest version, right?

then there's also the fear itself Thing an when was wolverine ever a avatar? He was a horseman I one point for apocalypse if im not mistaken I thing that would be his strongest.

Does anyone know what current Angel can do? He seems to be pulling out random new powers every now and then.

Logan was an avatar in some Astonishing story, if I'm not wrong.

@chiq: Outside of X-Men vs Avengers,he's done nothing besides think he's an Angel and become best friends with the Apocalypse clone(what ever his name is).

On the battle though,I believe that Avengers win round 1 and X-Men win rounds 2 and 3.

Well if there is no Thor, Iron Man, or Hulk I'm not sure what kind of a chance the Avengers have. Aside from having Spiderman

Really totally don't remember that. I could never see him a avatar for the phoenix tho lol

Hmm...I seem to remember him using an energy sword, healing people and some energy like discharge that ko'ed a lot of people. I haven't been really paying attention to his new powers so I might have missed a couple.

X-Men

The main problem is that both Colossus and Cyke's powers are currently broken, so I can't see them winning without Forge's help(and he's not here, so I guess he won't give them any device).

So Avengers take round 1, but X-Men take rounds 2 and 3(three Phoenix avatar, a Cittorak avatar and Archangel/Apocalipse should be too much for them to handle).

@chiq: While he has started showing some of his powers that had before losing his memory. They have been unimpressive for the most part,at lest not enough to make a big difference.

X-Men all the way. Wolverine can handle his liquor pretty darn well.
