X-Men vs Spider-Man Villains

Battle takes place in a deserted city, so the X-Men will not need to save civilians. Morals on for the X-Men, morals off for the Spider-Man villains.

Each team 50 feet away from each other.

vs

Round 1: Teams are the same as in the pictures, fight till KO, incapacitation or death.

Round 2: X-Men don't have Professor X, Emma Frost, Jean Grey or Magneto.

Round 3: The X-Men don't have Iceman or Storm, the Spider-Man villains get Spider-Man, Black Cat and Daredevil.

Well X-men definitely stomp round 1.

Round 2: I'll still give it to X-men. They still have members that can take out multiple Spiderman villians at once (Danger, Iceman, Storm.etc) X-men team still has less fodder than Spiderman villians.

So . . . Just the characters pictured?

@depinhom: Yeah, but to make it more fair I might add another round that really balances things out (more than the second round, which may still be heavily in the X-Men's favour) for each team.
