Cyclops, Wolverine, Jubilee, Nightcrawler, Gambit, Rogue, Storm, Colosus, and Beast

Soundwave, Ravage, Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, Frenzy, Rumble, and Ratbat

soundwave is strong and durable enough to take out bare handedly 10,000 giant sentinals just by wrestling them and applying judo and fighting style manuvers. the little guys that come out of his chest are pretty tuff too adding to his fuel of power.

Rumble(Red and Black): Can generate with a combination of his arms that can become piledrivers a 5.0 earthquake.

Frenzy(Blue): Can create a a highfrequency disorienting signal that sends not only people, machines, but even his Decpticons allies into a shock and panic mode(hence his name)

Laserbeak: Can fly and shoot energy blast from their side, only used for scouting and spy missions.

Ravage: Has steel teeth, and can shoot projectiles from his side gun barrow. Fast and agile.

I dunno. I think that the x-men has an upper hand against Soundwave and his gang.

Cyclops beam can disintegrate Soundwave if not Storm's gigantic thunderbolt.
Gambit can implode Soundwave's minion and if ever he can touch anyone of them he can make them explode, Jubiliee's powers can make her create enough plasmoid to also disorient most the robots since it has weird way of interacting with machines.

Wolverine and Rogue are highly durable and can pound any in the robot group. And what makes the X-Men not ganging up on one or two robots at once? So X-Men for me....Curbstomp.

X-Men should win here. Cyclops, Gambit and Storm would do major damage to these Robots... adding Logan and Rogue makes it almost seem unfair

But Soundwave takes on powerful blast every single day(The War). How can they contest Rumbles earthquakes and Frenzy's disorinting ability at the same time? Let alone Soundwave's abilites shoot out sonic blasts and possesess a Electro MAgnetic gun.

Oh yeah and adding Wolverien to the battlefield isn't gonna make that big of a difference. The last time he fought Transformers he ended up being roadkill under Jazz's hood.

These are a group of people who have spent years working together and fighting giant robots. Even if soundwave is stronger than your average sentinal, it wouldn't make much difference.

PS: Jubilee could destroy them.

Anyone that knows both Characters would say Soundwave would muder him.

Anyways I say the X-Men would win but barely.

If Frenzy's ability affects them at all then this battle would go to Soundwave. That would even the sheer numbers that X-Men have on their side.

Dude, you have any idea how powerful Jubilee is? I'm serious. Before she got all depowered and stuff, she was supposed to be like the next coming or whatever. Emma usually discovers the strongest potentials on some people (Bobby and Jubes).
