X-Men Versus Non-mutants/mutates

Team X-Men consists of Cyclops, Wolverine, Emma Frost, Jean Grey (Not phoenix, regular), Cannonball, Jubilee, Colossus,

Magneto, X-23,

Team 2 consists of: Spider-Man, Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Daredevil. Doc Ock, Sandman, Spot, Luke Cage Vulture

Which version of Jubilee and Colossus, and what armor for Iron man?

The X-men team i think, most of the Non-Mutants have no defense against Jean/Emma mind raping them.

Emma could solo via mind r***

Anyways, X-men have this. Tony is the only one that won't get mindraped immediately, he is immune due to his brain being more machine than a regular brain. (Morph I believe has told at least when Fraction is writing). If he isn't though and it is just very, very high end resistance and a combination of Emma and Jean could possibly bypass it. Jean I believe has bypassed supposedly immune people like Juggernaut's helmet and Emma's diamond form when not using the Phoenix IIRC, though I might need a second confirmation. Regardless, even if he is immune, the team has too much power on their hands.

Sandman still has a psionic presence while in silicon form. It's the same principle as when Emma controlled Bobby Drake while in his ice form. No reason Sandman would be any different.

Sand form. Not sure how that affects his resistance one way or another, but I also considered that it very well might.

@Soulstealer: No, as Witchinghour pointed out, Emma has controlled elemental beings before and I believe he has had his psyche broken into parts too so no reason he wouldn't be.

Sure. I see what you mean though. If Sandman has enough psionic control to manipulate multiple gargantuan sand constructs like he did in Spider-Man the Gauntlet or a bunch of other story arcs then he might be able to fend off a TP attack. I'd say it's good reasoning. It's just that Emma has already shown she can control Bobby who has analogous powers and Jean is more powerful than Emma.

No one is soloing here. Emma and Jean nearly could but due to players like the Hulk and Iron Man I doubt they'll be able to.

Mutates win as Spot can BFR the X-men into that alternate dimension thing of his and leave them there. He's a seriously underrated character in my opinion. His powers could be pretty lethal if used properly.

This is due to his protection against telepathy, but has there been any upgrades to his armor that suggest he can handle Jeans tk? She took him down with one blast before and he admitted that he wouldn't survive another.

Since Jean is dead he got at least two more powerfull armors. But IDK that she ever did that. Can show me scans? I knew that she had great TK, but not that great.

I don't have the scans, it was during OTZ when she was mysteriously transported to Franklins pocket universe, she encountered him and attacked because last she checked he was dead, and he didn't know who she was. He thinks how he can't take another hit from her and on her being able to naturally generate tk energy, then she vanishes before they can continue the fight X-Men Vol.2 #65.

I did say "most of them" have no protection, not all... but regardless, weather Sand Man can or cant be mindrape still doesn't change the outcome of this match, and the X-Men have this fight.

I'm sorry. after re-reading your comment, i realize that your asking me if Sandman was immune to mental attack...I've never seen or read where he would have some type of immunity to telepathy, so i believe he isn't...and can be attack telepathically.

Bleeding Edge Iron Man would have a relatively good chance, especially when backed up by Hulk.
