Nate also took on an Entity that housed the consciousness of everyone on that version of Earth. So I think he could handle the consciousness of an Entire Planet. I think this would be a really good fight and for me it would be very hard to call.

Yes, but you're forgetting Xavier's true potential. He is Onslaught and Onslaught defeated Nate. I mean if we are using Xavier holding back, then there is no point of using Xavier for the battle threads if we place a handicap on him all the time.

Dark Phoenix should be above Galactus.
The Phoenix Force is greater than Galactus. "Dark" is just a title of an emotion of the Phoenix. Another entity much stronger than Galactus is the Goblin Force. Galactus is actually one of the mediocre powered entities in Marvel becuase all he can control is Cosmic Power.
Ego should win this, yes he has some poor shows like Thor, Surfer and BRB doing damage to him but he also has every good showings The planet Ego's antibodies are little bricks/heralds like Nova or Hulk his antibodies alone can give Thor one hell of a fight, Ego has some very impressive telepathy feats and he had a powerful showing where he once fought off a hungered Galactus I think Ego at his best is near Skyfather, X-Man Nate is good but Ego is too much for him

In their first encounter when Nate crossed over he was the one who actually separated the Onslaught persona from Xavier. And because Xavier dark persona had already merged with magneto's you can't actually say that it was Xavier powers alone that made Onslaught beat Nate.

And because Xavier dark persona had already merged with magneto's you can't actually say that it was Xavier powers alone that made Onslaught beat Nate.
Although that might be a possibility, I still find it arguable that Nate was defeated or more like absorbed psionically rather than magnetically. Nate was used as a battery rather than the use of his psionic power because Xavier/Onslaught already have these powers.
@Cypher's Gambit: the point is you're talking about a possible potential of Charles Xavier, Onslaught is a part of Charles but it's not him, and Charles could use magneto's powers and enhance them so i doubt that it wouldn't work vice versa. That magneto's ability couldn't enhance onslaught's telepathy. Onslaught was a lot stronger than Charles or Jean. Also to Subdue magneto's persona in the first place Charles had to use Jean to boost his own powers to wipe his memory.
Jean Grey as Charles has stated several times over that she is a move powerful telepath than him. Nate is a more powerful telepath than Jean (without her having the phoenix force). And you can even argue, with the phoenix force his feat has span dimensions and entire planets.
