Juggernaut is the exemplar of the physical aspect of Cytorrak, obviously Darkseid can't overcome that...but he can BFR him...as usual

Darkseid is a Skyfather and an integral part of the universe, that even the Spectre cannot kill.  I'm betting he can overcome the fraction of Cyttorak's power Juggernaut possesses.
