Franklin is on par with the Celestials, Franklin is probably the second most powerful mutant and X-Man is the most powerful mutant so can X-Man beat the Celestials or Galactus?
Franklin isn't in or has even shown himself to be in control of his powers. X-Man may not beat him in raw power, but his energy output was said to rival the Phoenix's.
Franklin in control of his powers in other universes is above X-Man.616 X-man and Franklin....X-man wins.He can't beat a Celestial but....he's more likey than Franklin.
