The only question I have be4 for I can comment on the battle is why does Rouge have Ms Marvels powers? I mean really? the X-Men show ended YEARS AGO! Characters like Rouge, Surge, Chamber, and Havoc have handicaps for a reason. So the character can grow. Rouge went through a lot to get her powers under control. And if you really want me to be a dick about it if Rouge is stuck in the past then Pixie shouldn't be able to teleport. No diamond form for Emma. Kitty would also be either stuck in phase form again because in the comics when Rouge was dealing with most of her Ms Marvel stuff, Kitty was in the tank for her 1st time. Sorry I just feel like if your a true Rouge fan you'd except her for who she is now as a character, not just cuz you saw a show in the 90s that didnt really do her character justice at all. She had bad one liners and no character development ever.

@BuddyBulson: Yeah but the point of the battle is to make hypothetical scenarios...With all the powerhouses in the second team it would be unjust to linit Rogue to just her absorption powers...She would be the first one to be knocked out given the fact that most of the characters can defeat her at a distance while she has to make physical contact to absorb someone....

@Roddy010: exactly! why have her on a team if you don't expect her team mates to watch her back until she can get her ducks in a row? Its a TEAM battle right? Not a fend for yourself battle.Let her high five kitty, then she would easily make it to either jean or storm.

Im sorry Id rather have the person who can control weather and read the minds of the people she needs to find, phase underground, come up and knock out each of the other players in the battle. Then a girl who can only fly around and punch things and if she does touch them shes not sure what will happen. If she touched any of her team mates with out having her powers under control she would just be taking them out of the fight and putting the ball in the other teams court. I think she is more useful now then she was then.

that pic has the ladies of excalibur and x-men in it. it was a marvel swimsuit issue. lol. those things were so ridiculous. by the way kitty is not useless in this battle. she has beat the snot out of emma before and is resistant to telepathy while phasing. so she could take on the telepaths. also with morals off she could just phase them into the ground and kill them.
