Team 2. Misdirection is all grand but its not going to stop an AOE attack nor does Fantomex have much range on that ability.
Can make Storm turn on her team. Devastating ability.
That and AoA Nightcrawler isn't afraid to kill; teleporting decapitations.
Couldn't Psylocke just mindwipe?

Says in character. Also, Fantomex was able to beat Psylocke while she was under Archangel's control.

Seems there's a contradiction, then.

Not really Storm has pretty insane range on her abilities. Not to mention its win at any cost.

I know. And he can easily trick her into fighting her own people. Not for him.

So, in the end Storm is the only one standing. She creates a hurricane so powerful she wipe out everything within a 20 mile radius....even her own teammates. See Uncanny X-Men 175...which shows it's in character for her to do something like that....lol.
It's funny cause it's the same situation but with Mastermind, who I bet is better then Fantomex with misdirection.

They are not comparable. Mastermind is a telepath; Fantomex is a minor reality manipulator, as he was described by Dark Beast.
Does that change the outcome of Fantomex's team getting taken out by a Cat 5 hurricane? IMHO, misdirection is kind small time to someone who totally make your mind's eyes see whatever they want you too.

Certainly. She kills her team, she gets decapitated by Nightcrawler.

I highly doubt Nightcrawler would be left standing. If she has enough time to create a hurricane to kill her teammates, she will also kill X-Force. 20 miles is greater then AOA Crawlers range of teleporting. (IIRC)

Why would she even try to kill X-Force? Fantomex can (and has) used misdirection to "switch" the teams. He did it to Death, literally switching places with Pestilencem, making Dearh hurt her instead of him. Storm would see her team as the enemy and X-Force as an ally; why would she endanger her "ally?"

Pretty much even in character, Storm has shown the willingness to kill her own teammates to fulfill her objective.
We're pretty much dealing with a semi-bloodlust group who will feel bad about killing their teammates tomorrow while cleaning up the bodies.

Because again Misdirection can only be cast in a short range. Storm can easily fly outside of said attack range and nuke the area killing fantomex. Likewise Kurt will not catch up because his teleport range is crap.
Good arguments made for both sides. <rolls eyes> I am so over Fantomex's misdirection lol. A rather frustrating power to try and debate against. Without it the Recon team would take a majority, especially with morals off. I think it can go either way with misdirection in play and the potential for teleport dismemberment. Storm team still has her aoe attacks that can level all of X-Force, Domino's luck on their side, a superior teleporter, physical powerhouses and a super fast vampire.
