bison has tk and tp but he doesn't have feats to put him on par with psylocke .. akuma can take out wolverine and deadpool

I'm gonna have to go with Team 1. Balrog and Vega will probably end up with holes in their heads via Deadpool or Fantomex. I think wolverine could take Sagat. Psylocke

Bison is a beast and vega is fast maybe balrog gets taken out quick but the others will have a good shot

if any of them get caught in this Vegeta style explosion its lights out

I'm gonna go with Team 2. :)

@IZZR: I honestly think that Balrog has an equal chance to Vega of surviving this battle... I say that if Balrog gets taken out of the battle quickly, Sagat and Vega do, too (okay, maybe not Sagat). Vega has speed, but Balrog has pure, raw physical strength, and could strategically let the more powerful members of his team (Akuma and Bison) front the battle while getting involved at a convenient time and delivering final blows. Balrog is certainlynot the least most powerful member of his team, although if people are to die on the Street Fighter side, I'm putting money on Balrog and Vega being the first (and probably only) ones.

Akuma Solos he can pretty much kill anyone he wants whenever he wants healing factor or not with instant hell murder/Lights out/Rageing demon/Shungoku Satsu whatever. Bison has formidable powers of his own. Psylock would have to land a blow in order to mindrape (Unless they did away with the psychic knife thing im not sure havent kept track of her for quite a while) so gonna say team 2.
